Description

Integrated stepped cylindrical bushing with thickened flange base and full internal female thread. Step shoulder acts as positioning stop during installation, internal thread matches standard machine screws for threaded fastening. Custom thread specification, outer diameter and total length are supported.

Manufacturing Process

CNC turning for step contour & inner hole → internal thread tapping → thread chamfering → deburring & cleaning → anti-corrosion plating

Color yellow zinc plating / black nickel plating
