Description

Stamped copper wire terminal with integrated crimp barrel and flat mounting tongue with fixing hole, designed to crimp multi-strand wires and connect cables to equipment screw terminals for stable power transmission. Multiple barrel inner diameters and mounting hole sizes for different wire gauges.

Manufacturing Process

Copper strip stamping → barrel forming → mounting hole punching → edge deburring → electroplating treatment
